The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I make a return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Clothes must be in original condition, undamaged
- Clothes must have all orginal labels and tags attached
- Any hygiene seals must not be tampered with
Are there any charges for return?
- Yes, we do not offer free returns
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you of next steps.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
- We aim to process refunds within five working days
