Refund policy
Please review our Terms of Sale for detailed information on our refunds policy and general sales terms.
We hope you're happy with your order but in the event you're not, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and aim to resolve returns within 14 days of receiving all items.
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns. This is because we are a small business and want to encourage mindful purchases by providing as much information as we can on the website to help your decision. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our products before making your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at hello@megosalabel.com so we can arrange your exchange.
Returns:
We try our best to accept all returns but it's really important the following conditions are met for us to do so:
- Items must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked. We check all items before we send them you to ensure high levels of quality so please contact us immediately if you find fault.
- Items cannot be stained or marked. We cannot accept any items with staining (food, makeup) or scent (perfume or body odour). Please be careful when trying your items on.
- Items must be returned to us with all original tags and labels attached. Please do not tamper with these as we may not accept your return.
- Some items are sealed for health and/or hygiene purposes. Please do not remove these if you intend to return your item, we will not accept returns where the hygiene seals/stickers have been removed. Please be careful when trying your items on.
- Please return items to us in the condition you received them.
Assuming the above is met, to return your item(s) please follow these steps.

Contact us at hello@megosalabel.com detailing your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first notifying us of the return cannot be accepted. |
| Step Two |
We will provide you with information to make your return. You'll need to post your items to the address we provide. Please re-use the original packaging if possible and we recommend using a tracked delivery service (Royal Mail or DPD are good options) to ensure the items are returned to us safely. We cannot process your return if we do not receive the package. You can notify us once you send your return and also provide a shipping receipt image as proof if you wish. Please be aware we do not offer free returns and do not refund the cost of sending the return back to us. |
| Step Three | As soon as we receive your return we will notify you. We will process your return and check against the returns criteria listed above. If the items are not in suitable condition we may to send the items back to you and will not be able to complete your return. |
| Step Four | The return is complete and we will notify you to confirm your refund. We will credit full amount paid for the item(s) back to your original payment card/option. Please allow up to five working days for payment to clear. |
